We're supposed to be talking with Lupe Fiasco about his sophomore album, "The Cool," due Dec. 18 via Atlantic. But instead, the Chicago rapper is already forecasting how his career will end -- he's not sure when it will happen, but it sure seems like it'll be more sooner than later.
Fiasco has never been a typical artist, and that's part of his charm. On one hand, he's a slightly defensive know-it-all; on the other, he's an endearing, introverted nerd. Hip-hop consumers either get him or they don't."

yeah, yeah, yeah, that's what they all say Lu! jay said he would quit after reasonable doubt! i don't see lupe quitting anytime soon. especially if The Cool is successful.
lol true.. i'm thinking its a long ways away anyway, i don't see how he can predict that far on how he will feel
Lupe is clown. I have never been able to get myself to like this guy. Amongst other things, he is a Jigga Mr. Me Too, back-packer style. Watch how he moves in his videos.
That and the ATCQ incident.

yeah kiley idk about the way he moves. jay has rhythm, lupe doesn't. which is also why i adore him, he floats he doesn't bounce or head bop. he has his own style and charisma
